Lyon Real Estate opened its doors in 1946 and first engaged in property management in 1988 throughout the Greater Sacramento region. Our full-service property management division offered the same quality standards for which Lyon Real Estate is well known. Longevity, local experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of property management became our strengths. We provide superior service, continuing education and training which is our commitment to you. We have spent over 30 years striving to ensure that your trust is well placed and that our skills as professional property managers are utilized to the benefit of our valued clients.

In 2020, Lyon Real Estate and Property Management became part of the Windermere Real Estate network. Over the next four years, we focused on integrating our teams, aligning our values, and ensuring that we continued to deliver the high-quality service our clients expect from us. In an effort to enhance the customer experience, in 2024, Lyon Property Management officially became Windermere Signature Property Management. Today, you can expect the same great property management team members dedicated to clients' success and to a positive, warm resident experience for which we are known.
