Applications are processed in a first come, first screened manner. Submitting an application will save your spot in line. If we do not reach your application, or you decide not to move forward before screening, your application fee will be refunded. All residents are required to enroll in Lyon’s Resident Benefit Package Program. The cost for this program ($40.95/month with optional insurance coverage) is not included in the monthly rent.
